My work is based upon the foundational belief that in the context of an empathic, caring relationship all people have the capacity to heal, grow and live meaningful lives. Through psychotherapy, mindful yoga, guided meditation and reiki healing, I support clients and students in reducing distress and pain, increasing resilience and inner-strength through the cultivation of self-compassion, self-awareness and self-love. Creativity, embodiment and the mind-body-spirit connection are at the core of who I am and how I work with others and weave through all of my healing offerings. As a queer woman with roots in the Orthodox Jewish community I find deep meaning in supporting clients in holding multiple layers of identity.
I would be honored to serve as a guide to you on your journey towards living the life you seek.
